Centrally located near shops and entertainment hotspots, making it easy to explore. The dining room offers a sizable area for meals, which is a plus when traveling with family.
My room had a stale smoke smell, indicating insufficient cleaning. The toilet needed serious repair, and the floor felt unstable. Noise from the corridors made for a restless night, and there were also some issues with breakfast service, including cold beans and a lack of toast which left much to be desired. the hotel doesn’t quite match its online presentation.

Prime spot for shows!
I had a solo trip and stayed for 4 nights. The location was super close to the Winter Gardens, just a short walk. Bed was comfy and shower was decent, despite being a bit small. Breakfast was okay, but I wouldn’t rely on it every day. The room could use some sprucing up, though.

Centrally located, so everything you need is just a short walk away. The breakfast options include a full English, providing a solid start to the day.
Checked in at 3 PM, yet my room still wasn’t ready until 3:15. Upon entry, I found the bathroom in questionable shape. the shower had low water pressure and stains on the tiles. the noise from the pub below permeated the walls, making for a less than restful night. The layout of the facility is somewhat dated, and while I found the overall ambiance a bit lacking, it didn’t entirely ruin the experience.

Perfect for a family getaway
Had a lovely stay with my partner! The new owners are super friendly and made us feel right at home. The room was way better than expected, and breakfast blew my mind—so much food! They let us stash our bags before check-in too, which was fab. Just wish the heating was a bit stronger.

The room was tidy and comfy, and I really enjoyed the good breakfast that got me set for the day. I took advantage of the spa’s sauna and massage treatments, which were super relaxing. My only tiny issue was that we had to ask for toiletries at check-in, but it didn’t ruin my overall vibe. 😊
